On September 28-29, the first in a series of trainings for NGOs from the Jaslo area will be held at the GEN Science Generator Social Activity Studio in Jaslo (2 Bednarska Street). The training will focus on human resources management in NGOs.
Topics of the training include:
- discussion of the characteristics of teams (groups) of people in NGOs,
- recruitment of employees and implementation to work,
- organization of employees’ work in NGOs,
- motivation, development, conflict resolution among NGO employees,
- HR, payroll and health and safety issues of employees hired by NGOs,
- employment of employees by organizations in various forms (employment contract, contract for specific work, contract of mandate, B2B contract, etc.).
- Maintenance of employee records in an NGO,
- other tasks of the NGO as an employer.
Representatives of NGOs employing employees or intending to employ employees are especially encouraged to participate.
In order to participate in the training, an application form completed and signed by persons representing the organization should be sent to: konsultacje@um.jaslo.pl by September 25 this year. One NGO can enroll up to three people for the training.
