On June 24 (Saturday) the “Intergenerational Robotics Workshop” will be held, which will combine the legendary Lego bricks, well known to everyone, with modern technologies.

Participants together in pairs – a child and an adult (parent, grandparent, grandmother, uncle, aunt) will construct a robot, which they will program under the guidance of an experienced instructor. Importantly, the workshop integrates generations and develops spatial imagination and ingenuity, primarily through clear and readable forms of programming for “small” and “big”.

The workshop is scheduled for 24.06.2023 (Saturday) at: 10.00 – 11.30 (group I) and 12.00 -13.30 (group II) in the auditorium of GEN Science Generator in Jasło, 2 Bednarska Street.

To participate, you must:

  1. Download an application form from the website www.genjaslo.pl or at the reception of the GEN Science Generator;
  2. Complete and sign (by a parent or legal guardian);
  3. Send a scan of the signed application form by June 22, 2023, 12:00 p.m. to the email address gen@um.jaslo.pl or submit a hard copy to the GEN Science Generator in Jaslo, 2 Bednarska Street.

The workshop is held within the framework of the “City is I” project implemented from the project “Jasło – my city, my home”, funded by the EEA Financial Mechanism 2014-2021 and the state budget.

Together we are working towards a green, competitive and inclusive Europe.
