Nearly 70 of Jasło youngest residents have completed classes at Jasło Children’s University. Throughout the academic year, the young students were able to take part in interesting mathematics, science, humanities and art classes.

The concluding meeting consisted of two parts, one workshop, during which activities for children were conducted by mad scientists from Mr. Cork’s Laboratory, and the other more official, i.e. the presentation of diplomas and gifts.

In addition, after the meeting, a scientific demonstration was conducted for all interested young JASL residents, during which they studied how the temperature of liquid nitrogen affects various substances and objects.

Jasielski Children’s University is an educational project for children aged 6-8 years old, the aim of which is to encourage the youngest residents of Jasło to learn and to awaken in them a passion for learning about the world.

The task is implemented as part of the project: “Jasło – City of Knowledge” within the framework of the project “Jasło – my city, my home”, financed from the funds of the EEA Financial Mechanism 2014-2021 and the state budget.

Together we are working towards a green, competitive and inclusive Europe.
