Jasielsk’s youngest students have started the new academic year at Jasielsk Children’s University. The Junior University already has a tradition of more than 10 years, but this is the first time classes will be held within the walls of the GEN Science Generator.
The opening ceremony of the Juni University classes was held by Malgorzata Adamska-Chmiel, deputy mayor of Jaslo. – This place is created for gaining knowledge and developing your passions, hence I am convinced that the classes that will be held here will allow you to develop, and above all prove that science can be extremely inspiring.
Before taking the solemn oath and listening to the Latin song “Gaudeamus igitur,” the young students participated in a very interesting scientific show performed by the Academy of Science from Rzeszow.
This year, classes at the Jasielsk Children’s University will be held in three groups divided into 6, 7 and 8 year olds.
