The Jasło Municipal Office, in cooperation with the Municipal Social Welfare Centre in Jasło, is conducting a study on quality of life, social activity and the needs related to residents’ use of various social services in our city. The results of the anonymous survey will be used to prepare a document that will make it possible to adapt the range of social services to the expectations of different groups of residents in our city.
The survey is anonymous and takes only a few minutes to complete. Click the link and fill in the form: pejotsolutions.pl/deployed/researches/JASLO.
The online form will be available until 13 May this year.
The aim of the survey is to collect data that will allow us to learn the opinions of Jasło residents on issues of key importance to our community, in particular the social services they use. The survey results will be used to prepare the “Diagnosis of the Needs and Potential of the Local Community in the City of Jasło”, which is connected with the planned transformation of the Municipal Social Welfare Centre in Jasło into a Social Services Centre.
By indicating the services which, in the opinion of residents, should be available within the city, it will be possible to precisely identify residents’ needs and expectations regarding social services, and then to take actions whose implementation will improve the quality of life of Jasło residents.
The preparation of the document is one of the activities planned under the project “Let’s grow Jaslo!”, co-financed by the Swiss Funds supporting the reduction of economic and social disparities in the European Union and by the state budget.
We encourage you to complete the survey.
