Dear Residents of the City of Jasło,
The Union of Municipalities of the Wisłoka River Basin, as a Partner of the Project “Jasło – my city, my home”, co-financed from the funds of the EEA Financial Mechanism 2014-2021 and the State budget, enters into the implementation of the Project entitled “Ecological campaign for environmental protection with the Union of Municipalities of the Wisłoka River Basin – investment part”, under which it will be possible to receive funding for one of the following activities:
- Installation of photovoltaic installation,
- Installation of a solar energy system,
- Replacement of an off-grade solid fuel boiler with a gas boiler.
The project assumes funding of up to 100% of eligible costs, so the condition for participation in the Project is, among other things, the income criterion:
- average monthly income, per household member does not exceed 150% of the amount of the lowest pension i.e. (as of 01.03.2023) 2382.66 PLN gross in a single-person household and 100% of this amount in a multi-person household i.e. (as of 01.03.2023) – 1588.44 PLN gross.
In addition, the Applicant must meet the following conditions:
- is the owner or co-owner of a single-family residential building or premises, hereinafter referred to as the “building”, in which the Project will be implemented;
- the location of the residential building in the City of Jasło;
- actually resides in the building,
- the absence of any outstanding and due obligations of the Resident to the City,
- agrees to provide access to the building or real estate on which the building or part of the building is located in order to implement the Project,
- timely submission of a properly completed Declaration of Participation in the Project,
- signing by the building owner with the City of Jasło of an agreement regulating the rights and obligations of the parties related to the implementation of the Project.
The project is planned to be implemented in 2023/2024.
During the sustainability period of the Project, i.e. 5 years from the acceptance by the Program Operator of the final report on the implementation of the Project (estimated date: 2029), the owner of the installation remains the City of Jasło. After the sustainability period, on the basis of a signed donation agreement, the installation becomes the property of the Resident.
Procedure:
In order to declare interest in participation in the Project, the Resident should submit to the Town Office of the Town of Jaslo a Declaration of Participation in the Project, according to the Appendix to this information, within the period from 26.05.2023 to 9.06.2023, during the working hours of the Office.
The Declaration is available in electronic version on the website of the Union of Municipalities of the Wisłoka River Basin, the website of the City of Jasło, and in paper version in the office of the City Hall in Jasło, Information Desk / first floor.
Completed Declarations should be submitted to the seat of the Municipal Office in Jasło, General Office /ground floor/.
After collecting and verifying Declarations from interested persons, a list of persons joining the Project will be created, based on the approved scoring criteria.
