As part of the implementation of the project A place like this. Where is it worth going for a walk in Jasło? our group decided to conduct a survey among Jasło residents.

We wanted to find out if walking is a frequently chosen form of activity? What places do we choose most often?
47 people took part in the survey.
Below are the results of the survey.
Where do you get your information about interesting and non-obvious places in Jasło and the surrounding area?
The most frequently mentioned were: the Internet, family, friends, Facebook, although there were less obvious sources, such as: books, brochures, boards, from the Spotted Jaslo website.
What kind of walks do you prefer to go on?

What do you take on a trip?

The basic equipment is a phone, water, backpack, wallet and comfortable shoes. Many respondents mention a dog. In winter, a thermos with tea proves necessary.
Where can you go for a walk in Jasło? (Give 3 most interesting suggestions)
The most repeated locations are: Kwiatowa stop, city park, embankment, MOSiR, Sroczynski Castle, Gadki, Podzamcze, Klasztorna Hill, Jordans’ Garden, old track towards Karpacka Troja, Market Square, Jesus monument, Golesz, forest in Gorajowice, Jareniówka, Jewish cemetery. Others chose places that were less obvious like Galeria or Action shopping malls.

In your opinion, is walking a good way to spend your free time?

Is a fun treasure hunt a good way to enhance a trip?
Most people answered in the affirmative. Although there was a person who preferred to go fishing.

Are you familiar with and using the Geocaching app?

Interviewers cited friends, the Internet, a family member.

The conclusions we can draw rather do not surprise us. Jasło residents enjoy walking and consider it an interesting form of spending time. Jasło offers many interesting places to visit. We hope that promoting the Geocaching application will make the planned trips even more attractive.
